Gold Terra Resource Corp. (YGT:TSX.V; TRXXF:OTC; TXO:FSE) announced in a news release that 10 holes drilled in the Sam Otto South target at its Yellowknife City project in the Northwest Territories all returned gold mineralization.
"We are confirming the continued expansion of gold mineralized zones at Sam Otto. In addition to expanding known mineralization, we are successfully drilling new zones which bolster our confidence in the possibility of adding gold ounces to the next resource update of Sam Otto," President and CEO David Suda said in the release.
Some result highlights are 1.33 grams per ton (1.33 g/t) gold over 9.77 meters (9.77m) and 0.99 g/t gold over 8.24m, in hole TSO20-060, and 2.5 g/t gold over 5.75m in hole TSO20-071. Hole TSO20-067 returned 1.8 g/t gold over 6.3m.
Of the 36 holes drilled at Sam Otto in the winter, so far Gold Terra released the assay results of half of them. The other half are pending.
