In a news release, Goldcliff Resource Corp. (GCN:TSX.V; GCFFF:OTCBB) reported on its COVID-19 preparedness.
The company does not have a central office or any full-time staff. Most members of the board of directors, responsible for coordinating and executing business, work at home. As such, the coronavirus will not displace any staff and has not caused "serious disruption to business functions."
Goldcliff drilled the final hole of the Nevada Rand drill program located in Nevada's Mineral County on March 18 and "expects to be demobilizing by this weekend," the release noted.
The project is located in a "semi remote area of rural Nevada and and is without public access." All of the state's casinos, bars, restaurants and other nonessential businesses will be closed for 30 days, at the governor's direction.
