Siyata Mobile Inc. (SIM:TSX.V; SYATF:OTCQX) announced in a news release that a cellular operator contracted it to supply software to various enterprise customers for $300,000.
Montreal-based Siyata develops and provides cellular communications systems to enterprise customers, specializing in connected vehicle products for professional fleets. Part of its overall strategy is to sell third party software applications along with its own devices.
"As our innovative LTE in-vehicle and mobile devices continue to gain traction, our customer base becomes a meaningful platform for software companies to offer their applications to enterprises which improve efficiencies and increase margins, creating an additional revenue stream for Siyata," CEO Marc Seelenfreund explained in the release.
To date, Siyata installed more than 250,000 in-vehicle devices and launched with five Tier 1 cellular carriers globally.
