Recruiter.com Group Inc. (RCRT:OTCQB) announced in a news release that Censia's worldwide talent intelligence platform will be integrated into Recruiter.com's own system, via a strategic partnership.
Censia's platform contains "half a billion of the world's professionals, indexed and analyzed through artificial intelligence," the release noted.
With the integration, Recruiter.com's network of more than 10,000 independent recruiters will have access to and may source job candidates from Censia's pool. The Censia platform will present potential candidates whom it has matched and ranked for positions according to the company's predictive algorithms and machine learning.
"Censia delivers game changing insights from one of the largest pools of professional talent in the market," Recruiter.com CEO Miles Jennings said in the release. "Our planned integration with Censia will bring a powerful new candidate sourcing feature to the Recruiter.com platform."
Censia's platform is slated to become available to Recruiter.com's network in Q3/19.
