NexTech AR Solutions Corp. (NTAR:CSE; NEXCF:OTCQB) announced in a news release it launched ARitize University, an app through which entities can convert their 2D materials into interactive 3D-augmented reality experiences, thereby enhancing their workplace education and training.
The platform also uses "complex algorithms to recognize and relate content to each other, allowing it to create microlearning courses and recommend relevant training content to each individual user," the release noted.
ARitize University is a plug-and-play app, for which NexTech offers monthly bulk licensing plans. The app should be available by the end of June for download through Google Play for Android and through the App Store for iOS.
This new offering of NexTech targets "two key industries ripe for innovation, workplace training and education," CEO Evan Gappelberg said in the release. "Half of the U.S. workforce will soon be remote, meaning businesses need solutions that can effectively train employees without seeing them in person. Education is also becoming more remote and mobile, with more than six million students taking online classes."
