Black Tusk Resources Inc. (TUSK:CSE) received the permit to diamond drill at its Golden Valley property located in Quebec, it announced in a news release.
With the permit, the company may construct up 15 drill pads, which will be placed next to existing major access roads.
From those pads, Black Tusk intends to test two gold-bearing structures previously identified by different companies. Those structures comprise its two targets to start with this summer.
At target I, the plan is to drill 10 holes over a 1 kilometer (1 km) strike length to confirm and expand the gold-bearing shear zone intercepted in prior drill programs.
At target II, Black Tusk intends to drill five holes over a 1.2 km strike length to confirm and expand the gold-mineralized iron formation structure encountered during prior drilling.
