Continental Resources Group Inc.

Continental Resources Group Inc., formerly American Energy Fields Inc., was acquired by Sagebrush Gold Ltd. in July 2011. At the time of acquisition, the company held advanced exploration stage uranium projects in the Colorado Plateau plus assets raised through equity financing. Sagebrush obtained all of Continental Resources' assets in exchange for shares of Sagebrush. Subsequently, Sagebrush Gold gained several high-priority exploration projects in Nevada, including the past-producing Relief Canyon Gold Mine project, which boasts new equipment and a rebuilt adsorption-desorption-recovery gold processing plant, as well as 94,111 ft of completed drilling.
