Loncor Resources Inc.

Loncor Resources Inc. is a Canadian-based gold exploration company with two major projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Ngayu and North Kivu. Both projects have multiple targets with significant exploration potential. Newmont Mining Corp. has taken a 17% equity stake in Loncor and contributes its proprietary technical skills and knowledge to the definition of target areas. Loncor Resources also boasts an experienced technical team that was responsible for delineating Banro's 11 Moz. gold resource in the DRC.
