Brian Leni
The incredible gains that can be made from tiny resource stocks drew Brian Leni to the junior sector, and he hasn't looked back. In 2013, as the resource market continued to decay from its highs in 2011, Leni made the bold decision to sell his family's home and used 2/3 of the equity to invest in what he believed were the best junior companies in the sector.
In 2016, Leni was rewarded for the extensive due diligence and courage he had shown in the heart of the bear market - his portfolio rose 300%. This gave Leni the freedom to leave his career as an engineer in the steel industry and pursue investing full-time.
Over the last 7 years, Brian Leni has honed his craft as a successful junior resource sector investor and supported his family with the profits he made from his investments. Leni has visited mining sites throughout Canada, the U.S., and Brazil, has been a regular speaker at Metals Investor Forum (MIF), spoken at the Mining Investment North America and Asia conferences, Cambridge House's VRIC, as well as PDAC's Letter Writers' Day, and is a co-host of the Mining Stock Education Podcast.
Currently, Leni runs the Junior Stock Review.
