Fission Uranium Corp.

Fission is the most awarded uranium explorer in the world. It owns the PLS project in Canada’s Athabasca Basin, home to the world’s richest uranium deposits. PLS is host to the Triple R deposit – the only major, high-grade deposit in the region that is near-surface – together with three additional high-grade, shallow-depth zones. This mineralization is part of a 2.58km mineralized trend that has the largest footprint in the Athabasca Basin and is still open in multiple directions. Exploration is ongoing.

Fission has won the industry’s top awards, including The Northern Miner’s Mining Person/s of the Year, PDAC’s Bill Denis Award and The Mining Journal’s Excellence Award. Most recently, The Mining Journal ranked PLS as the top undeveloped uranium project in the world. Headed up by CEO Dev Randhawa, the company has made two major uranium discoveries in three years. President and Chief Geologist, Ross McElroy, has been instrumental in five of the last ten major discoveries in the basin. In January, 2016, CGN Mining invested $82M (cash) in Fission at a premium, ensuring the company is very well-funded.

Expert Comments:

Rob Chang, Cantor Fitzgerald (10/10/17)
"Fission Uranium Corp. announced assay results for the final four drill holes from the summer 2017 program. . .PLS17-566 encountered 95m of total composite mineralization across stacked lenses. However, that hole was drilled closest to other mineralized holes drilled within R1515W."

Heiko Ihle, H.C. Wainwright & Co. (9/8/17)
"On Sept. 7, 2017, Fission Uranium Corp. announced assay results for four summer program drill holes within the R1515W zone at Patterson Lake South (PLS). . .each of the holes returned high-grade, near surface mineralization at wide intervals. . .the company aims to complete a prefeasibility study for PLS in 2018."

Uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin has revealed promising results for expansion, two industry analysts say.

"Drilling at Fission Uranium Corp.'s R1515W zone intersected the widest mineralization to date outside of the Triple R deposit. . .we highlight hole PLS17-566, which intersected 107m of total composite mineralization over a 158.5m section, including 8.03m of total composite exceeding 10,000 cps. We expect the R1515W zone to remain a primary target for the company."

Rob Chang, Cantor Fitzgerald (8/23/17)
"Two of Fission Uranium Corp.'s final three reported holes testing the R1515W zone provided continued support for another pod of uranium mineralization at Patterson Lake South (PLS). Now that the summer drilling program has concluded, the R1515W zone remains a high priority going forward as it has the potential to enhance the economics of PLS."

Heiko Ihle, H.C. Wainwright & Co. (8/15/17)
"On Aug. 14, 2017, Fission Uranium Corp. announced the completion of the summer 2017 portion of the prefeasibility study drilling. . .highlights include PLS17-MET-C, which returned 153.5m of total composite mineralization over a 176m section, including 61.09m of total composite exceeding 10,000 cps. . .these impressive results further exemplify the quality of ore from Triple R."

David Talbot, Eight Capital (8/1/17)
"We maintain our Buy recommendation on Fission Uranium Corp. . .the company reported a 135.5m total composite intercept of radioactivity within a 173m interval. This is now expected to be the widest zone of uranium mineralization reported to date beyond the confines of the R780E zone."

Expanding into a new zone at Patterson Lake South, this Canadian company has encountered high grades of uranium mineralization, a development that has caught the attention of three sector analysts.
